Batch No. 2 of our “Finished Blended Series” is an exquisite double barreled 8 year old, 4-Grain expression finished in a Maple Syrup Cask. Crafted with a team of collaborative partners from “BOTTLES & BARRELS,” “COPA CABANA COCKTAIL & CIGARS,” “CORNHUSKER BOTTLE SHOP, “OLDVINEWINE & SPIRITS,” “PROOF WHISKEY BAR & CRAFT COCKTAILS,” “THE RACK WINE & SPIRITS” and “WINE, BEER & SPIRITS.”

Finished Blended Series Bourbon Whiskey Batch No.3

Batch No. 3 of our “Finished Blended Series” is a marriage of two uniquely different “finished” Bourbons crafted with, and exclusively for, Hy-Vee Grocery Stores.

the collaborative team first selected an 8 year old Bourbon that rested in a former Maple Syrup cask for 4 months. The second selection was a blend of an 8 and a 9 year old Bourbon but finished for 6 months in a cask that previously aged English-Style Barleywine from Jukes Ale Works located in Elkhorn, NE. Jukes’ double barreled Barleywine spent a total of 22 months aging in barrels which adds an essence of dark caramel, molasses and nut along with the slightly sweet hint of maple to this Bourbon expression. Our 8 year old blend is a true four grain Bourbon containing 55% Corn, 20% Rye, 19% Wheat and 6% Malted Barley at 114 proof (57% ABV). We hope you enjoy our unique creation.

Finished Blended Series Rye Whiskey Batch No. 4

Batch No. 4 of our Finished Blended Series is once again collaborative creation with, and exclusively for, Hy-Vee Grocery Stores.

This expression is a revisit with our dear friends at Nebraska’s oldest Winery, James Arthur Vineyards. A blend of two 7 year and two 8 yer whiskies, this 4 Grain, Cask Strength, Wheated Rye Whiskey is unparalleled due to its truly unique flavor characteristics. Consisting of 61% Rye, 20% Corn, 15% Wheat and 4% Malted Barley we chose to maintain cask strength direct to the bottle. The 116 proof (58% ABV) creates a perfect balance of white chocolate, dried cherry and pie crust notes with a hint of buttery cinnamon toast. We hope you enjoy as much as we do.
